Yes this was a huge fear of mine when I started this journey, the fear of loose skin! So I'm doing this weight loss nice and steady, and I won't have to worry about too much excess skin I don't think!

ditto! And don't focus on the # on the scale! Having a good balance of weight training and cardio is your best option. And in order for you to bulk up you need to just eat more, and since you aren't you won't "bulk up."

haha I feel bad for these people who ate so little, but it gave me a good laugh too because of how people were saying please eat more, or the 600 calories you ate all day, I ate for just my one meal today! lol

Love hot sauce!

Never heard of them, sorry!

Bahaha

I agree!

I will have to check this out too! To the OP since your known to go for about 2 weeks and then stop, I would do workouts where you are pushing yourself, but don't do it to the extreme where you get burnt out quickly! For example you just want to focus on cardio at first and try to increase your time each time. Make it like…

Thank you!

I take this as well it helps. I take it before bed, and I usually sleep all night from it. It does give me some really crazy dreams. But with proper nutrition, exercise, and this medication I have been doing really well. I'm hoping when I go back to my dr though in May that I can get off the medication because of how well…

WTF??? And most people don't pay attention to you at the gym, so suck it up and just go is what I would tell your friend.
-
haha too funny!
-
Your looking great! Good job!!!
-
Way to go girl!!!! Your rocking that dress!

I am one of the weird ones but I am not a fan of doing workout dvds. I just don't push myself like I should, whereas at the gym I push myself harder each time.

I prefer my FT4 because I mainly only need to know how many calories I am burning during my exercise. I wasn't big on the BMF because you have to pay a monthly fee for it and it costs more than most.

Thank you everyone! Finally figured out how to edit the pics! Sorry about that!

I usually do 30-45mins of hard cardio and 30mins of weight so I eat immediately afterwards! I'm starving at that point! It is recommended to eat after working out so my options usually are...protein shake, 1 serving beef jerky(I drink extra water when having this because of the sodium), 1 serving chocolate milk(8oz.),…

You just made my night! I teared up a bit!

Haven't tried any and I don't plan too! I have around 150lbs to lose and yes it will be hard at times, and I would love for the fat to just disappear but it doesn't work that way. I am learning that healthy nutrition and exercise is the way to go! Plus you truly don't know the long term consequences of taking those type of…

Thank you everyone for your input! I don't drink energy drink, taken caffeine pills, etc....The only kind of multivitamin I can take is a childrens chewable because like someone else mentioned they can't take an adult multivitamin because it comes right back up. I was thinking it could be because I eat fast and I notice it…

haha that is good too!

You can do a search on it and find what other members have said. Most are going to say don't use it, just do a good diet and exercise.

I can definitely relate to what you are saying that is for sure! I think my trigger was being almost 26yrs old, but feeling to be around 40-50! I was tired all the time, my joints and body hurt! I hated the way I looked so much, and now almost 4 weeks into the journey I have gained so much confidence and shown myself that…

What is this TDEE-20% you are talking about?
-
woohoo congrats!
-
Thank you everyone! I think I'm just going to go with the polar HRM because I have a sedentary job so I'm not worried about the "pedometer" features compared to actually wanting to know how many calories I'm burning during a workout session!

Chicken preferably! Bookwormk that does sound really good!!!

I try to have my meals be close to 400 calls and then 2 small snacks throughout the day and that leaves me at my 1600calories range!
