I have to say I'm starting to feel a bit discouraged. I finished day three of week six, but stepping on the scale this morning...plunged me into a nice deep, foul mood for the rest of the day. Finished week 5 yesterday. Had a much needed rest day today and am now ready to start into week 6. Time flies when you're having fun!

We were stationed at Bentwaters RAF for a couple of years. I even had one of my sons in Ipswich. We are now heading back to Germany this summer to Ramstein AFB. I would love to get back to the UK for a visit!! Welcome!!

Finished Legs and Back today for week three. I have come to think that the Legs workout is the hardest one in the series so far that I've done. Every time it wears me out and I get a really high calorie burn from it as well. What is your Favorite/ Best Burn cd in the series???

Finished Day 1 of week 3 today. Definitely feeling stronger and am able to do more push ups than two weeks ago. I have noticed that the scale is not budging at all at this point. Is anyone else experiencing no weight loss doing P90X?

Does anyone have any recommendations/feedback on the different p90x programs(Classic, doubles, lean)? I am thinking about doing doubles because I love to run outside in the spring and summer, but I'm still not sure since this is the first time I have done the program.

Just finished my first week of P90X. Definitely the most challenging workout I've ever done. My whole body is sore! :)
