Hi everyone! Forgot to log in yesterday but i did W5D1, it was such a burn and for once in the program i managed to do ARX right after my workout!! Yay!! Today is W5D2, short on time so i did insanity pure cardio instead of plyo.... Hope everyone is doing great!

W4D1 was yesterday for me, I finally did 45min of YogaX!!! I am so excited, since i could only do about 15 to 20 min. Was feeling sick today and did not do core synergistics, maybe tomorrow, if i feel better...

I am just starting the recovery week this week. I have not lost any weight, i did gain 2 lbs and now just lost it. I have not done my measurements so I am hoping for some changes there. I am also purchasing a HRM just to be sure about how much i am burning during each workout. Don't know, a littel fustrated :(

Yes, everyone else is into recovery week, I am also glad that i am not the only one over here. Got the shakeology, it is really good, loving it...

W3D6-Done!Today did not feel like working out, had to do Kenpo but was so tired decided to do cardiox instead...At least i got it done, looking forward to the recovery week....

I guess i have to get a hrm, bc i keep guessing my calories burned and i always put way less than everyone else. I guess I have to go to wal-mart this weekend.
