I have fibromyalgia and am always sleepy, achy, etc. Now the meds they have me on made me gain every bit of the weight I lost back in just three months. Trying to find a way to bounce back.

The quantity of veggies and sweets is unlikey and only red meat once or twice a month! I love my steak and hamburger. I try to sub out turkey meat when I can but some recipes you have to have beef for! Tried. Waste of money. I think just massage in general helps but I didn't see any difference and it was over $10. I rub cocoa butter lotion on my body now at night. Not sure if it helps or just the weight loss did it, but I have a lot less cellulite.

Since you asked for opinion, my personal opinion is to not avoid anything. Just stay within your daily allowance and pay attention to your macros (protein, carbs, fat, sugar, etc) to make sure you dont go over in those areas as well. That's just my opinion though. Eat back at least 1/2 of your exercise calories earned, you dont have to eat them all back. Stick with it. Are you measuring yourself? The scale isnt always the best way to track your success. Looks like from your diary you are not getting enough fuel for your body. You have to eat to lose. Try small meals throughout the day to help you meet your calorie goal. Right there with you! I got so giddy like a kid when I had to go out and buy smaller ones! I dont recall ever being size 5 in them before, even when I was more fit and trim in my earlier years. I am thankful and determined to never buy a bigger size again, they make the cutest ones in our size ;)
