thank you for the postive feed back. I will do whatever ones and try to net 1200 at least..i will bring this all up to my doc next week.

I think i need to add some snacks to get my calories up...because i eat three meals a day and its still under 1200 so i think starting today i am going to add some healthy snacks inbetween my meals to get it up

next time i got for a check up i will ask him again why its only 1200 calories....because honestly id like to know to....i want to be on something i can stick to forever and not gain it back...i will def take 50 percent of those numbers then...but hey 50 percent is better than not moving and trying at all..... :)

I am not sure my doctor put me on that ( i struggled the first time dieting with really restricting only eating under 800 cal) i have been getting help and my doc told me not to go over 1200. he never really said why

just started it today and couldnt make it through the entire thing.. I thought i was gonna die my stomach started hurting. I had to stop for a few mins but fished. not proud that i had to stop but tom is another day. much harder than i thought it would be!!!

I do eat right and work out everyday this is suppose to make you sweat more in that area. it doesnt vibrate or anything. just trapes heat. I will continue to eat right and exercise i just bought it to see if it works. I am going to measure before and after. i will def let you know :)
