I'm so sorry you are dealing with the emotions that you have but glad you could reach out here to get it out. I am reading a book right now that you may want to read that is about a woman that struggled with food and her past with her parents. It's called "I was me all along" by Andie Mitchell.

I love your attitude and am impressed with what you're overcoming. While walking every day is awesome, remember that weight loss comes from eating less calories than you're burning every day. Stay under your calorie goal and you'll lose weight and keep walking to increase your fitness and fight stress.0
