i am 26 female and weigh 281 starting weight 291. I exercise 5 days a week for 30-40 min. I have a treadmill that you enter your weight in it and set the amount of time and it puts together a workout for you. Is the amount of calories they say i burn right?? Here I am back at my starting weight of 262. Last year i went from 265 to 189 and gained it all back...anyone else have trouble getting back on track. I just keep thinking if i didnt go back to eating junk i would still be in the 100s. I am so mad at myself that i dont want to even try again...anyone else been there?? btw…

30 min a day enough????
I just started this again after gaining alot back from gettng off track. I went from 250 to 189 and now i am back up to 226. I am 5 5 and 26 years old. I work full time and have 3 kids. 30 min workout enough
is 30 min work out on the treadmill enough each day. I normally walk at 3.5 and i run at 4.2 do this for 30 min. only eatting around 1000 calories. weight is 217

i started out at 275lb now a year later i am 199 lb. i only eat around 800 sometimes less a day and i work out 500 off 6 days a week. i have been doing this for months. i feel fine. i eat lean cusines every meal and take a vitamin everyday. should i be worried. take a look at my food diary. thanks for the help
