again!!

Here I am back at my starting weight of 262. Last year i went from 265 to 189 and gained it all back...anyone else have trouble getting back on track. I just keep thinking if i didnt go back to eating junk i would still be in the 100s. I am so mad at myself that i dont want to even try again...anyone else been there?? btw starting julian michels 30 day shred in the am...anyone else try it. Also i keep gettng in my head bc i cant devote an hour a day to workout more like 30.
