Honestly, your body will detox itself. Just give it time, drink lots of water and eat normally (not binging, not over restricting). Adding lemon or green tea won't hurt, but you don't have to do anything special to detox. It'll take a few days for the excess food to work through your system, and any excess water retention to go.
You wrote on your other thread that you're on 1200 calories. I don't know your stats, but that is too low for a lot of people. You might find that you're less likely to binge in future if you increase your daily calorie allowance a bit. Even if there are other reasons for your binging, having too large of a calorie deficit won't help.0 -
Water. The body will help balance itself out on sodium and water. Just drink more water. And it's not a "detox" since you didn't poison yourself with actual toxins.

Water.

Water. Your body "detoxes" itself. Don't look for gimmicks, they don't work0

So, the same advice given the last several times you've binged isn't working for you?
I would truly recommend that you stop trying to restrict so severely on a day-to-day basis and then your 4 day binges will stop happening because you won't be feeling deprived and your body will not be crying for nutrition.
For the past 60-ish days, I've been sticking to 1800 calories a day. There have been only a handful of days where it has been substantially more than that, and my average is still less than 1950/day even with indulging now and then. I don't binge, because I eat things that leave me satisfied, not deprived.
Or keep doing what you're doing, since it's working out so well for you.0 -

The whole detox diet thing is a myth. Your body is made to rid itself of the bad stuff on it's own, that's what the liver does. Just drink plenty of water and your body will do the work. Now, about your eating, sounds like you seriously need to look up "eat more to weigh less". You aren't eating enough which causes you to binge.0
