  • Hi I'm Kandy and I love Champagne! Save it for the weekend but as soon as I've drunk it I want to eat everything off limits around! I also wake up in the night and eat something sweet. I have bought fun size Milky Ways at 60 cals each and try to just have one at night and add to my diary.

  • The reason why I decided to stop my diary being seen by others was because I had a group of people who made very judgemental and nasty remarks about what I was eating. It was bullying and upset me so much that I blocked them and made my diary private so it couldn't happen again. A real shame but I'm not about to pit myself…

  • I agree that it makes no difference to weightless what time of day or night that you eat. It is a simple equation that to lose weight you need to take in less energy than you use. If it suits you, save most of your calories for when you like to eat and good luck. The equation is simple but the mental prep is the problem !!
