yep feel free to add me. 62, soon to be 63. Back to MFP after prolonged absence. Had lost 60# previously with the help of MFP. Unfortunately 40 of them found their way back over the past few years. Tried keto and the weight fell off but I found it not sustainable. Going back to just calories.

Thanks. I have been logging and been keeping at or below the calorie level recommended by MFP for the most part. the 20 pounds came off in about 6 weeks. It has been 2 weeks now at a plateau. Stats are as follows Male, 6'1" 276 starting Wgt, current Wgt 254, goal weight 225-234.

Ditto... Lost 60 lbs 5 years ago, kept it off for a few and went thump off the back of the wagon and woke up almost back where I started. Focus and discipline I can do this. The community support of MFP helps. Feel free to add me as friend if you like. Down 15 and 45 to go.

Eggs in the AM have been part of my path to success. I never used to eat breakfast and when I did it was carbs. When I switched to protein made all the difference as it stayed with me longer. I prefer 1st thing in the morning as well for similar reasons. Takes out daily variations and is more consistent.

Same as usual when not traveling- 2 hard boiled pickled eggs, 2 cups coffee and glass of water; when travelling normally oatmeal instead of eggs
