coffee and oatmeal pancakes with raw triple berry jam. The pancakes were really good, way better than I expected (new recipe I'd never tried before, I'm always a bit skeptical)!0

2c black coffee and paleo apple cinnamon pancakes
Really good but I couldn't eat all of them
2 mashed bananas mixed with 2 eggs, 1 finely diced apple, 2T nut butter, vanilla and cinnamon. No toppings needed. Has held me over since 5am and its now after 10:30am ... craziness!0 -

- Homemade breakfast "muffin" = 1 egg white, 20g ham, 2 grape tomatoes, 4g baby spinach - cooked in oven for 30min.
- Strawberry oatmeal = 15g oats, 1tsp chia seeds, 1tsp flaxseed meal, 125g diced strawberries, 100ml almond milk, cinnamon - cooked in microwave for 2 minutes - topped with 85g chobani 0%

Two Eggs over easy (No Salt added) with Two pieces of Jennie O Turkey Bacon and one slice of Whole Wheat Toast. In my opinion Turkey Bacon tastes better than regular bacon. Its amazing the calories, sodium, and fat you eliminate by eating this brand.0

HUGE breakfast for me, but it's my birthday. I'm trying to avoid going hungry today so I don't regret my decision not to have cake. So far, so good!0 -
Pumpkin pancake (from Trader Joe's mix) topped with homemade applesauce (lots of cinnamon, just a little brown sugar when I made it) and whipped cream. Yum!
Tomorrow it's going to be my favorite green smoothie: almond milk, spinach, half a frozen banana and a handful of frozen strawberries.0 -
