Bouncing back, after falling off...

A minute bit about me...
Looking for some more people to add to my list...
Bit about me, lost quite a bit of weight a few years back by starting exercise, didn't do the controlled eating bit as it was a massive learning curve as it was just with the exercise, did a Marathon, dropped off the wagon, got back on it and did another Marathon, got injured but persevered, didn't quite fall off the well used wagon, but went down a few steps. Became a gym bunny then went out with a real TW*T, but the good thing that came out of that was that I took on triathlons. Loved the diversity, did a few small events and then went on to do a Half Ironman distance race. And yes, after that fell off the wagon BIG time, as was completely unready for it so body was shot to bits and I went 'what the heck, that's it Lycra, you've had it'. Changed jobs as commute was killing the chance of having any extra time to exercise, let alone for me to have a life.
So here I am, in Cambridge (that's the UK one btw), with a much smaller commute, and bouncing back onto the famous wagon again looking like a walrus .
Anyone fancy joining me on my over-used wagon??

how have you done on that wagon though?0 -
I'm in and been on and off the wagon enough times I have status I think! Lost 70, yo-yo'd around for the past few years and found 45 of them back with me. Back at it with determination again.2

I'll join you, too! I'm a perpetual wagon-falling-off'er so I can relate!1
