My dietician gave me two options. A 1500 cal option or a 1200 cal option. So I figure that makes my range. MFP is set for 1200 and I usually do enough walking and cleaning to increase that to 1300 or 1350. But I feel as long as I'm under 1500 I'm doing okay, it will just be slower. 1351.

The key is researching your veggies and beans and stuff to make sure you are getting complete proteins. Find the highest fiber veggies with low carbs to help feeling full. Most eating plans can be adapted to low or no meat but it just means doing more research to eat an otherwise balanced diet.

While I have health reasons to lose weight which are more important, the reality is we all want to look better so yes, I do want to lose weight so I can start buying my favorite brand of clothing again. Stare at it until it morphs into something that tastes better. I have tried all levels of fat content for cottage cheese. I discovered I only like the 4%. The 2% is only occasionally edible. I can't eat the lower ones at all. They are horrible.

They factor in an entire package of dressing. Since I only use 1/4 of a package, I figure out the salad ingredients individually and then use the info on the dressing packet and divide it by 4. I like a taste of dressing, not drowing in dressing.

I have 141 or 131 left to lose. I'm only 4'11'' and am at 241. So that's like a lot more for an average height person. I'm aiming for between 100 lb to 110 lbs. I can go down to 93 lbs but I never felt good below 98 lbs back when I was inside my weight range. Can I count?
