  • Hi, I haven't had a period since Oct. That period was just as you described "three day light". I had always been a 7 day'er. I too wonder what is up with my cycles. I wonder if anyone has some good reading material to recommend. So many factors and so many possiblities/symptoms, it is hard to tell exactly what is going on.…
  • I too have a jar with walnuts/almonds and grab a bit to chew during passing. Afterschool snack is what I struggke with. I aleats am so hungry I want a meal not a snack. Not sure if that is emotional eating (stress) or actual hunger.
  • I too am finding that I just keep gaining weight. I was browsing through some books on menopause and thought I saw some diet suggestions that would help with metabolism. Any of you have any reading you would recommend?
  • From one Josie to another: The #1. tip is to be happy, comfortable, & proud of yourself. Negative people are usual unhappy people. Don't give too much thought to their statements about you.
  • Thanks for sharing. I was thinking about buying some more sweat pants today. Reading your post reminded me that I have a goal (be healthier). The sweat pants were to feel "more comfortable" not to wok out. Kudos to you! Feel free to add me as friend, just joined too.
