Eat a piece of fruit or drink a glass of water and go to sleep. You can eat breakfast in the morning.

You need help. I don't know what else to say because the women I know don't have this problem. You don't want to kill yourself with not eating correctly. Please get help as soon as possible.

I have 4 (tribal band on left arm, boyfriend's initials on left arm (yes we are still together lol), heart on back right side and heart with name and dove on right ankle. I want more for my birthday on February 14. I got one last May. I have had tattoos for at least 13 years.

Just simple (veggies and chicken) and cook. You don't know until you try.

Weight Watchers says you have to eat 5 serves of fruits and veggies. I suggest you limit drink lots of water.

I too struggle with fast food however I try to eat the healthier items. I prefer to cook my own food because I am an awesome cook. Try cook at least one meal each day , than add two, than add three, and hopefully your taste for fast food will dimension as time goes on. I will try this suggestion as well.:wink:
