Hi Hannah, I am about to start tonight after the kids go to bed....just the fitness test and I'm scared! haha I think the trick is to only do what you can.....as long as you are still getting a good workout - I don't think I will be able to keep up at first but it's all heading in the right direction! Hey, it's so hard especially being a working mother but we just have to kick our own butts! Because it's quite a short workout I usually conservatively log 200 cals and really push it....and anything else is a bonus :)

Easier said that done honey but try to take no notice and don't let it knock your progress or let it make you start eating too little! Been there done that....doesn't work! If it helps any we all think you are doing an amazing job! x

Thanks for the support guys....I've only got about 12 pounds to lose so I've changed my weight loss goal to 1 and a half pounds per week which has upped my calories to 1370 which is more realistic.....especially if I am going to be adding exercise into the mix too. I'll see if I can stick to 1370 tomorrow! No quitting! lol

Thank you, I'm hoping that a week or so of actually tracking what goes in my mouth will help me drop a few once I find out what works for me! Also, I'm not very well at the moment and have been unable to walk for a few weeks so I'll get back into that when I'm better and think about digging out the good old fitness dvd's…
