I usually rotate between eggs/meat, coconut milk/fruit smoothie, and fruit and paleo granola . Last night dinner is usually lunch the following day.

Last night it was a quick meal of fried cabbage and applegate hotdogs. Cabbage was pan fried in Kerry Gold butter. Delish.

Hi It's hard when you are at a restaurant all day. I personally find that when I stay away from bread, and up the protein and good fat, I do much better, and less cravings. Breakfast sandwich without the bread would be a better choice.

Me too! I was doing so well and then winter hit, my husband moved out and I had to deal with emotions. I haven't totally checked out but it hasn't been on the front burner. I wish the weather would cooperate so I can get back outside.

I semi plan. I find if I don't, there isn't anything to eat and I binge on junk. I usually have 3 different breakfasts I rotate through. It also works to plug them in MFP so I don't miss a day. Lunch is usually left over dinner. I used to think that I didn't need it, but it is so much easier when I plan.

Right there with you all! I am waiting patiently to get outside. Icy sidewalks and sub zero temps do not make for a good outside walk/run. I don't do well with inside exersicse.

If you are going to have the dang phone , you need to be respectful of those around you. I always turn it on vibrate/silent and have the brightness turned way down.

Usually for me when I am real hungry it's because I haven't had enough fat. I usually eat 1/2 avocado with eggs in the morning cooked in coconut oil. I rarely am hungry between breakfast and lunch. Also helps keep the bad cravings away.

Great job! I too prefer a Paleo diet but am not 100% I do go out to eat and eat some fast food from time to time , but I notice how bad I feel afterwards. I try to make a better choice next time. butternut I use to make "fries" slice and coat in olive oil and grated garlic and salt and pepper. Acorn - cut in half and stuff with spinach, Italian sausage, and some cheese

Since coconut has anti bacterial properites, it should be fine for awhile. I wouldn't eat it if it smelled or felt weird.

You weren't that far off your protein. As for the headache, how much water did you drink? Some people do experience withdrawal from carbs/processed foods.

I used to weigh myself and the scale went up until I started running and then the weight started dropping off. I was obsessed and weighed every morning after a run and lost at least 1pound. Chocolate is fine - just keep upping the caco %. I told myself that I could only have dark chocolate. I sit right around 72% caco. and I only need a square. That way you get the chocolate and the antioxidants. The regular milk chocolate that is in Hershey and others isn't very good for you and too much sugar.

I think a lot depends on what you believe. What do you believe about the food industry, the exercise industry, etc. For myself, I tried to play by the rules of the standard American diet (SAD) and got no where. I homeschool my dd that is in 10th grade. She is taking two science classes at the local high school. She does most of her work other own and many of her materials are self correcting/paced. I get back to my normal diet the next day. Although I usually don't eat very much - high protein/high fat.

That's a good question. I'm a 16/18 right now and shrinking but would love to walk in a store and wear a 10 but in a perfect world I would love to be back to a 5. I definitely agree with the price of plus size clothes. They also are ugly.

If you aren't showing all the symptoms of celiac disease your doctor may tell you you don't have an intolerant. Hi. I'm 46. Love to have more friends. I've noticed its harder to lose too. I've been C25K every other day and that has helped. Also 80/20 paleo diet.
