It is ridiculous, but it's so worth it. After completing the program, I lost a little over 8 inches over and saw some good definition in my arms. My endurance for running was much better, too. I'm thinking about doing it again. Good luck!!!

I'd love to try Shakeology, but I can't afford it. :-(
-
I LOVE MY HAWKS!!!!! Coule of good lookin' guys right there. You look great, too! ;-) I'm a Sharpie girl, myself. :-D

Okay, so Day One of Bunny's Bootcamp: 1 mile: 11 minutes...and that was pushing until I thought I was gonna die. I'm NOT a fast runner. :-P Push-ups: 44 I did them from my knees because my form is so much better. Sit-ups: 24 I haven't done full sit-ups since high school! Hold plank: I held high plank for a full 60 seconds.

After just the first two weeks, I noticed an overall improvement in my flexibility, endurance, and form. I'm starting my 4th week now and I can't wait to see the progress in my next Fit Test! It is a crazy difficult workout, but just like any other workout, you can modify where you need to and take breaks where you need…

Hahahahaha Tonya??? The one in the Fit Test? Yeah, she makes me sick, but she's certainly motivating. I'm just starting Week 4 and am now to the point where I add the Upper Body Weight workout 3 time a week. Like Shaun T. says, keep pressing play and DIG...DEEPER!!! If anyone wants to add me, go ahead, just send a message…

I got a Polar FT7 for Christmas, and I absolutely love it, especially since I can go back and look at past workout data such as duration and calories burned.
-
Well, you can probably tell by my picture that I have the industrial. Got it last July and I absolutely love it! My only other piercings are in my lobes. I don't mind other piercings. I don't understand some of them, but to each their own! Not a big fan of gauges. The smaller ones look okay, but the large ones...no thanks.…

I was just about to say something like "under the girls"! If the monitor is too low or too high, it won't read right. And make sure you wet the sensors every time. The directions for the FT7 even tell you to do that. I hope you get it figured out soon. Good luck!

I totally understand why you would be freaked out about going to the gym. I'm not doing that program, yet, but let me say this. I have lifted in a gym before, without really knowing what I was doing. I felt silly at first, but the gym and it's staff are there to help you learn! It sounds like you might be able to get away…

Oh boy... :-P
-
I'll do it! This sounds like the motivation I need! :-)

Thanks! I have UA compression tights that work really well. I just bought a Nike polar fleece hoodie. I wanted the UA, but it's just ridiculous price-wise. Maybe for Christmas. I just ordered some Smartwool socks and a Buff warmer. I should have them early next week. :-)

Yikes! Yup, that's pretty cold! We get below zero temps here, too, and I get cold pretty easily.
-
I'm in the Chicago area, so it can get pretty cold here. I've already decided that I won't go if it's below 20 degrees or if there's ice or snow on the road. If the roads are clear, I'll go. But I'm tired of using the excuse of not having the right clothing to run outside in the winter. I worry about my feet getting wet…

I thought it was a great episode! I hope they resolve the Shane thing soon, though. I'm tired of him being all mopey. If he's gonna leave, just leave already! I loved the scene between Rick and Lori when they were talking about children. Good stuff!

Well, all I can say is that I lost 57 pounds in under a year with WW, and have managed to keep it off for almost 5 years now. I still attend meetings as often as I can (they're free now since I'm a lifetime member), and the money I spent on the program was well worth it to me. I was certainly more motivated because of the…

Yesterday was crazy, so I didn't have a chance to log everything until today, but it was all done! Everything will be done today like it's supposed to. I promise!!! Let's finish September strong!
-
I was gone most of the day yesterday, but everything is done! Exercises still need to be done for today, and yes, I will remember to weigh in tomorrow. ;-) I hope everyone is having a great week-end! Oh, I've been doing the pygmy series.

Everything is done for today! :-D
-
Everything is done for today! :-D That includes water and being under calories. Feels good to be on track.
-
Eating was all over the place this week, considering what was going on, but I must have done alright, because I satyed the same this week. :-D I know today is supposed to be a rest day, but given I haven't really been able to exercise much, I'm gonna go for a short run before I do my grocery shopping. I'm keeping my…

Okay, so, here's how my day went: Waaayyy under calorie goal...may indulge in a libation after the children go to bed. Don't worry...I'll log it. ;-) 8 cups of water 1 minute Bear Crawl: I'll admit, this was tough. It did NOT feel right at all and I had trouble with my hips and knees. :-( 100 jumping jacks 50 crunches: I…

And here I was all worried about logging and completing the entry right at midnight last night! :-P Just kidding! No one here is a failure! Hell, I think we should get extra points just for signing up! ;-)
