Take a container of Yoplait Fat Free Apple Turnover yogurt. Cut up a small or medium size apple and put it into the yogurt. Top with a Tbsp. of raisins, a Tbsp. of Grape Nuts, and a pinch of cinammon. YUMMY!!!
