Wrong side of the bed?

So, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, and because of that, I had to have a heart to heart conversation with someone. It went something like this:
Brain: "It's been awhile since you've exercised."
Body: "But I haven't been sleeping well. I'm tired!"
Brain: "But you know you'll feel better if you just get out there and do it. I promise."
Body: "I don't want to!"
Brain: "Listen, all that energy you've been whining about not having? You'll have it!"
Body: "Oh, alright. Shut up already!" *slowly heads upstairs to change into workout clothes*
Brain: "See? Don't you feel sexy and strong with your tank top and sports bra on?"
Body: "Yeah, I suppose" *puts on HRM and running shoes*
Brain: "There you go! Now walk away from the computer and go outSIDE!"
Body: *grumbles*
40 minutes later:
Body: *walks through door exhiliratingly exhausted*
Brain: "I told you. You feel great, don't you?"
Body: "Yes! I'm glad we worked things out."
I have a lot of these conversations with myself. And I know I'm not the only one. More often than not, my brain wins. In this case, the exercise was my "going back to bed and starting over". And it usually is.
Which side of the bed did you wake up on? And if it's the wrong one, what do you do to "go back to bed and start over"?

Cool points for this. Yes, I have this conversation on my days off. I don't run because of my knees, but I elliptical my butt off. It always makes me feel better. Our compromise is that on days I can't drag to the gym or don't feel well, I'll calisthenic it up. Gotta strength muscles too and body resistance makes me feel better even if not as satisfying as cardio.0
