Has anyone else done this DVD? I did the beginner level and can't figure out how to track it. It's a DVD of strength and cario combined. Can anyone help?

If you don't have a heart rate monitor, I would suggest tracking it as circuit training. For me, the calories came pretty close that way. I love this workout plan, and saw great results with it. Good luck!0

I also logged mine as circuit training when I didn't have an HRM. It was fairly close.

I started yesterday and logged it as circuit training for... 22 minutes? 2 min warm up + 3 x 6min circuits + 2 min cool down = 220

I have done only level 1 & 2 and they both kill me LOL...I am scared to see what 3 looks like.0
