Hello agian
I was going to ask has anyone tried weight watchers? I was wondering about weight watchers online to see if it was any good. I mean i looked at the site and it said it is free to join right now.
However I really dont see anything different, then then doing this site. I mean they go by points, and this site goes by calories to me not much different. Can it be good in addition to what im doing now? Or a waste of time?
Has anyone tried weight watchers in general and did you have success on it?

Honestly, I used it and WW just cant seem to make up their mind on how/what their program should be. One year Points, the next year Momentum.... Points and Points plus... Their newest formula NOW counts CHO's into consideration. I also found it is a waste of money... Everything Im seeing here, is damn near close to being the same there... I wished I had learned about this site sooner.... I could have saved all that wasted money....0

This site it the same thing as WW online. It just doen't assign a point system to your food. You have to think about what you eating, just a bit more. I personally like this one better. OH, and it's free!0

I have done WW meetings & online. WW assigns points to food instead so instead of counting calories you count points. This site is FREE all the time. And, you get the same support as WW website.0

Well, all I can say is that I lost 57 pounds in under a year with WW, and have managed to keep it off for almost 5 years now. I still attend meetings as often as I can (they're free now since I'm a lifetime member), and the money I spent on the program was well worth it to me. I was certainly more motivated because of the money I was spending. Of course, this was before MFP, so who knows what I would have done if it had been available to me. :-P I have certainly found that while being on MFP, I can choose not to enter my weight for a month (or two LOL). With WW, however, I had even more accountability, and I need that. That being said, I love both communities, not to mention the opportunities and support they offer. Just for me, there's more accountability with the WW program.
And no..I don't work for them! ;-)0 -
