My youngest daughter had to have hers removed at 17 yrs old. The surgeon blamed it on years of high fat diet from school cafeteria food. She never gained any weight from it. Good luck! Thoughts are with you.

If you're doing the 30 day shred then you're building muscle and that's why the scale isn't moving. Have you taken your measurements lately? I'm sure you'll see a big difference there!

I'll be 56 on the 14th of this month. I've been on MFP for 35 days now and love all the support and encouragement from this community! I am going to lose the 60 lbs I gained from losing my job and menopause and get back the old me. Feel free to add me! Good luck!
