That's a brilliant eye opener indeed! I had it a few months ago with two bags with bottles of water in them. Weighed as much as I'd lost (about 28lbs then I think). It's quite amazing really :-)

Excellent! Very well done lad :-) Spooky timing to read this thread. I asked a friend this morning if she'd like to train with me to run a half marathon :-) We're both fat and unfit, so it's something to aim for! I think we'll start with a 5k, then a 10k, then a half marathon :-)

My Shih Tzu will only walk on grass, so he's the weekend park walker, whereas my German Shepherd is twice a day - morning with hubby and evening with me. I have long commutes and long work days, but I'll get home and go straight out with the GSD as it's good for both of us :-)

Doing grand lad - may your panda and the various ingested pigs soon go free :-D
