i have failed alot that's why i successed now i believe that you only get what you focus on so you have to focus on what you want i was over weight for a years 70kg teen girl looked like a potato lost alot of chances just cuz how i look but now the potato is a super healthy girl 58kg and the end is not yet cuz i have alot to do till i reach my goal which is 50kg so Never give up

    The best revenge I find is proving those kinds of people wrong. I have ditch my electric power chair and most of my pain at my age. I lost 50 pounds and kept it off for the last 12 months. For 40 years it was yo yo weight with 100%+ regains until this time.

    Sometimes it's even just yourself you need to prove wrong. That was it for me. I thought I'd always be the fat friend/sister. And now I'm proving to myself that that is plain *kitten*.
