I've lost a total of 31 pounds. In the first picture I was 157 lbs, on my 5'2 frame, I felt horrible, gross, uncomfortable in my own skin. Now I'm 126 pounds, and that's what I thought my ideal weight was. I feel MUCH more confident, do not get me wrong. and I am proud of myself thus far. However I still feel I need to lose a bit more fat around my stomach/love handles and tone it up! To reach that "sweet spot" however I have a body I am now comfortable enough with to share, and I am so so happy about that. As I haven't been this weight since I was probably 12 years old. (I'm 19 now) The third pic (sorry its so large lol) Is me at the gym yesterday haha working my *kitten* off that's why I made the weird face! Anyway, I can't explain the amount of condifence this has given me. On Friday I cut my hair and donated 9 inches to Pantene Beautiful Lengths- to help make wigs for cancer patients. I'm just much more happy with myself, I feel like I needed the change and I'm so happy with it. I feel beautiful, never thought I would. IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT! I never thought I could, and now I am !

First of all, congratz on the loss! Honestly the biggest thing for me was portions. I was eating wayyyyyy too much at each meal, and I learned that very fast. It took a while to get used to smaller portions, but now I can't see myself ever eating as much as I once could, it just wouldn't fit! I exercise a lot as well but I feel the food part is more important. Definitely allow yourself to have the foods you like but in moderation as long as it fits within your calorie goal and you're not starving yourself on other meals. Fruits and veggies are a godsend :)

I love this, because your starting weight is where I am right now and I'm only a couple inches taller than you. I've been struggling to break under 155 on my own, so now I'm counting calories. I love this app! It's fun for me to use, I love seeing where I could be at in 5 weeks when I log my diary, and I've lost my first pound! My goal is 135 but seeing that you've made it under 130 has made me think it's possible for me. I've yo-yo'd in my weight loss and the lowest I've gotten is 142 before I plateaued and gained some back. If I can even get under 140, I will be over the hills! Congratulations on your journey and success, you look fantastic! I can't wait to be where you are in however many months.
