Wow just weighed apple and saw how many calories more by weight - almost twice as many- 70 cal as list one apple . By weight 128 cal for a 7 oz apple. Wow what a difference. I think that was eye opening. Will be weighing from now on and let you know my progress in a few weeks.

I looked up a formula type web site and found that I have been under calorie by at least 600 calories a day most days and some days maybe even over a thousand calories under what I need. Is it possible that being low in calories has put my body in starvation mode and reduced its ability to let go of the fat?

I reviewed a lot of info and it says to up protein. I need to do something to get my system moving agaain . Mpf sets automatically to 50% carb, 20% protein, and 30% fat. I will try increase and do 30 c , 40 p, 30 f . Let me know what u think

I am 2100 cal / day and 210 lb at 5ft 10in. Now just rating up to calorie yet usually not rating back excercise calories. I am not eating more then allowed I promise I am vigilant and compulsive on that point.

Yeh - very frustrating. I am working out a lot. At least 1 1/2 hour each day and really watching not to eat junk food. Overall very clean diet- with a slice of pizza 3 times per week.
