I have been doing a hour to hour and a half of intense aerobic calisthenics 6 days a week. Noticed not getting enough protein. Anyone know any good natural protein sources in the go that pack easy. Don't get any down time at work so work 9 hours without break. I recently reassessed my calorie amount I have been using for a slice of pizza. I have been using 175 plain 10 inch size slice. Otherwise known as a regular slice. Shoulder pain from sleep?
I frequently wake up and have shoulder pain and neck pain when waking up - always on left side. I have used a variety of pillow and even changed the bed and mattress. See physical therapy and massage regularly and chiro. Any one have the same thing and fixed it?

Is it necessary to get at least 1200 net calories?
With exercise I frequently do not get to 1200 net calories and I read recently that u need at least 1200- 1800 net to loose weight. I am a male 5 11 and 220 lbs. do I really need to make sure to get 1200 net calories. (Net calories is on the top of the mfp food log)

I thought that MyFitnessPal would we calculate calories every 10 pounds. It did not do so automatically for me.
