Plateau ????????????

I made a post recently about a weight loss plateau I have been in. I had only one response yet a good response with a link to a site that discussed calorie assessment and proper portions. The question to mfp folks is whether it's all about calories in and calories out for weight loss? Does the excercise matter or do you need to change up the exercise too. What I mean is no matter what excercise you do is just burning more then you consume enough?

So I just recently went through the same thing. You are going to need to open your diary for real individual assessments BUT yes calories in and calories however, sometimes we are over burning. Again no diary . For me I was not eating enough to support my burns and my body just stopped losing the weight. I increased my food and the weight started coming off again. I know it seems counterintuitive but the body just seems to go into a self protect mode.So again for me . I increased my potassium levels and took a couple days off logging and hard core burns and dropped down again.
Hope this helps !0 -
Please go back and read your original thread.
There are more than just 1 reply. It's early, give people time to wake up.
FYI making multiple posts about the same subject is against forum guidelines.0
