Am I eating enough?

I listed myself as sedentary yet u work in a medical office and we are always standing and moving from room to room. Even the computers are set up so we stand. Out of the 9 hours at work u would say at least 8 are spent standing and moving. Should I list myself as lightly active? If I do how does that measure up to what I do on the weekend. I am definitely less active then even though I work out. When I work out I list that and get calorie increases. I looked up standing and it burns 110 calories and hour. More then sitting. I am 5.11, male and 213 lbs and at sedentary 1380 calories. With lightly active it increases me to 1600's. I thought I could just log the standing manually as activity. I will say that u usually work out for at least 1 1/2 hrs daily - doing insanity workouts and calisthenics to supplement. Even without adding standing I rarely meet my net calorie goals. When I try to eat to the net calorie goal I just feel like I'm stuffing myself and do not feel well- literally nausea that day or the next. Since I cleaned up my diet u don't feel good eating the junk. So the junk has lost its appeal. Hard to meet calorie net with eating veges fruit meat nuts. I was loosing pretty fast before at 5 lb per month and lost 33 lbs since December. This past month I lost only 2.5lb. Maybe that's normal but I have another 33 lbs to go to meet my weight goal. I did loose weight faster when on vacation - not sure why but I was eating more caloric food and coming much closer to net and logging everything including walking. When I came home I did not see any change on scale. Yet within 2 weeks my weight fell 7 lbs after all the salt came out of my body from the vacation food. Since that time I have lost only 2.5 lbs. maybe it's normal not sure. What do you more experienced weight loss folks think? Since my activity level changes from the weekday to weekend I thought I would just log all activity manually. I just don't want to plateau. Opinion and knowledge would be very appreciated. What do you think?

Congrats on losing! Yes, it is very normal for the losses to slow down. One thing to remember is that as you lose weight, your calorie needs can change, so you may need to refigure your goals with MFP again.
If you are having trouble meeting your minimum calorie goals, try eating calorie dense foods. Fruits and veggies are awesome, but you can eat a lot and not add a lot of calories to your day. Ditch the low fat dressings and low/fat free dairy products. Eat the full fat varieties (if you don't already). Adding in some cheese will bump your calories and the fall back of a spoon of peanut butter (I eat mine on an apple) is always delicious.
Good luck! This link may help you sort out other questions you may have:
