I LIKE knowing just how many calories I can eat per day, it helps keep me focused. I redid the guided goals and now have 1410 calories which seems like a LOT of calories to me. I'm going to try that for a few weeks and see how that goes.

Iv'e started using my EA Acitve 2 again and I can certainly feel it. But for some reason when I do the hammer curls it almost always thinks that I am not doing them. But other than that, I can feel the burn in my arms, legs, and abdomen. I am doing the 9 week program, and it keeps adding exercises as I continue to work…

Hi there! Me too! I need to drop 20 pounds - I was looking at pictures from honeymoom last April and wow.....I don't want to be that woman anymore! I have an almost empty nest, a husband that works 70+ hours a week at times. We have several black tie affairs next month and I would be thrilled to be down 5 pounds by the…

I don't think its ever been a "jump start" for me, nor would I try it. Just like the…

I am not sure what I am "officially" catergorized as, my mom said I am still in menopause since I am on HRT (total hysterectomy when I was 41) and in the beginning I lost weight and was doing well. I was self employed and a "housewife" so I stayed busy with promoting my business, yard and house work etc. Then my work dried…

I think I found the group for me! When I hit 45 or so, I hit a brick wall! And after I went back to work part time where I sit on rear for 8.5 hours (more or less) didn't help matters. Last winter I started a program when I set a wedding dated - but with 6 weeks to plan a wedding its hard to focus on weight loss. And…
