I have found that doing "Good Mornings" has helped to strengthen my lower back ... my problem was back spasms ... might work for you too ... or might not.

Thank you ... I made the dress for a Roaring 20's party because I couldn't find anything that fit! I don't recall ever seeing photos of fat flappers until I saw that one! Very motivating!
