I like my coffee like I like my men, really white. Hah. I like to put almond milk or plain coffee creamer in my coffee, no sweetener. I'll add a touch of cinnamon some times if I'm feeling in the exotic mood.

My friends still understand my goals but I always make a point of having a day where I can party with them if we feel like it. I won't cut alcohol out of my life because sometimes it's nice to have a malt beverage by the pool on a hot day while swimming.

Smirnoff vodka any flavor, Malibu rum any flavor, Tequila preferably clear, Smirnoff Ice Tropical Fruit, Jager, Red Bull, Seagram's Escapes all flavors, Mike's Hard Lemonade, and Smirnoff Screwdriver in a bottle. Was this list supposed to be food? All I can list is booze.

I do body weight training every day with maybe one day off and cardio just about every day with a day off or two if I really don't feel up to it. If you aren't hungry you aren't hungry. You can't force yourself to eat more because if you're anything like me, you end up throwing up everything you ate because your body can't handle it. Don't force anything on yourself you can't take. You won't do any damage to your body this way.

I'm as exact as I can be, if it goes over I log it by how much it goes over even if it is a gram or two. I want to know every calorie that goes in my mouth.

Things I would recommend: 1) Invest in a food scale 2) Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water( sorry, too lazy for conversions!) 3) Weigh all your food in grams - it is by far the most accurate. 4) Correct food entries to match what you eat if needed

The best guideline I can give for just starting out drinking more water is start with 1/3-1/2 you body weight in ounces of water just to get comfortable increasing your water intake. At first your scale weight may bother you but after about a week it evens out.

And I'm proof CICO works eating over your sugar goal every day. I had my tonsils taken out two weeks ago and all I can eat is sugar essentially still: popsicles, jello, pudding, ice cream. I can hardly eat anything else and I've lost weight.
