Sorry this is for @Rachel0778

@beachwoman2006 I was a casual poster on GOAD ww. I would stop by and read the posts. I thought you were interesting and supportive. Hope things get better for you.

MamaCin?? So what's up that makes the summer so long? Weather or something more than that?

Way to go you losers

It's up to you of course to figure out what works. You can set up a recipe and reuse it. I'd look at your smoothies to see if they are roughly the same calories each day and just use Tripaway Smoothy. I've also found that if I use a recipe, someone has already put it in and I can just use that. I also skip 1/2 c spinach on…

I've had that experience too, not chicken wings, but other stuff that I used to love. Many of those things just aren't that good. Now pizza - I love veggie pizza sad to say.
-
@tripaway It gets easier. I track electronically because it makes it faster for me to look up calories or put in what I ate recently. It's like flossing your teeth. No one said it was fun but after awhile it just becomes habit. Best of luck

Sigh, I have tendinitis in my foot that won't go away. I can go for a 3 miles hike in the woods, that's it.
-
@tripaway, I tracked on MFP and lost 30 lbs. I quit tracking and gained part of it back. I track on my IPAD and it doesn't really take that much time and effort, unless I've gone way off plan and don't want to do it. Some people go with core so they don't have to track. Core was a WW plan.
-
congrats Jim!
-
I was going to say tracking, but that was already posted. I would say forgive yourself if you screw up and don't quit. It is too easy to say @#$@#$ I quit when you go over your calorie goals.
-
Hmmm Goadie field trip. We all go to S. America for a month and lose 10 lbs :)
-
I really like the ability to edit my posts to fix typos. I also like the preview option. I do remember that lack of edit was a frequent complain on WW.
-
Rachel0778 Wow that looks good. Thanks for the link

I first started WW when I was about 20. Let's just say that was a long time ago in the liver and onion days. I definitely don't eat liver anymore. I also don't eat fried foods at all. I do have the occasional tortilla chip but that is it. I don't miss the other stuff. I don't eat candy unless it is really good stuff and…

My genie will show up everyday with my calorie free wine. Poptarts are bleh. Not worth eating even if they weren't loaded with calories. For the calories, I want really good pastry.

I weigh everyday first thing in the morning. It tends to be the most consistent time to weight myself.

I have a little black dress with a low cut back and above the knee. I first wore it 15 to 20 years ago. I lost 25 lbs and the dress fits. I wore it for New Years Eve. It still looks in style. It was just huge to me to wear the dress again. I'll get a new dress for this NYE, but I loved being able to wear that dress. I also…

wow, amazing transformation.

Smile, say Hmmmm, and change the subject.

Does anyone know how Sue is doing?

You look great.:drinker:

Many things aren't enabled on the IPAD app and you have to use the web interface. All of the community features are only on the web.
