So I almost had strawberry Yoplait Whips yogurt, then i looked at the label and it had 24 grams of sugar. Should I have eaten it still? & Today was the first day I didn't go over on sugar, but i was under on all my vitamins and minerals.

Please help if you can so I don't stunt my growth.

It's like you have to eat like a diabetic in order to not get diabetes.. do I need to get stuff that's sugar free?

No, my calorie diet was to maintain my weight, but that was lower than what I normally eat which was like 2300 calories a day. Today I consumed 2084 calories, but my net was 1468 with 616 burned on the treadmill (I'm a cross country runner). Yesterday, I consumed 1584 calories and my net was 1058 after lifting weights and…

To be honest, I'm 15. I joined this cause I got the app and just wanted to sign up and track my calories, not setting a strict gain or lose goal. So I just said I was 18 and didn't see a reason why that would be a problem other than the 'still growing' factor.

What if I'm still growing? Is it alright to overdose on calcium?

It's hard to avoid sodium. Can you burn it off?

My track coach doesn't tell us much. He basically tells us to show up to practice and get your workout done to the best of your ability. My cross country couch tells us to work our hardest and even harder than we think is our hardest. Running is 90% mental. Eat right, cut out the sodas. He doesn't mention any extra…

Good to know, but in my case should I be worried?

Should I be worried about overdosing? I drink a lot of milk and today calcium was 30% over. Sodium was 1421 over, carbs were 51 over, sugar was 118 over. Protein was only 1 over, so I don't think I need to worry about that. Vitamin C was 172% over. Vitamin A was 38% under. Iron was 44% under. Potassium was 1395 under.

I lift weights, usually doing endurance, not strength. I'm afraid that if I get too bulky I won't be able to run as well. I'm still unsure if I should be gaining weight or losing weight. I take the amount of protein I should, usually for dinner but sometimes for lunch. & what will carbs do before I run? I thought carbs…
