Going over on sugar... with fruit?
I noticed that bananas and strawberries have lots of sugar. So does milk and juice which I thought were supposed to be good for you. I can't really avoid milk cause I need the calcium. I can't avoid fruits cause their good for you and have vitamin c. Is the sugar in fruit 'good sugar'?

Nutritional Changes for someone under 18
I got the MyFitnessPal iPhone app and really wanted to go on a runner's diet and make an effort to eat healthier. I'm 15 and you have to be 18 to join. So I thought "oh, no big deal I'll just say I'm 18." I understand why you should be 18 to a diet plan site (or calorie counting site. call it what you will). Because you're…

Favorite Fitness Apps?
MyFitnessPlan is one, but for weight lifting I like the app Fitness XT. 2 days after I bought Fitness XT it left the app store and never came back. Are there any other fitness apps you like to use?

Question About Metabolism
I've been dieting for weeks. Before my diet I had a fast metabolism. Did my metabolism slow down while dieting? And if so how can I speed it up when I get off my diet (which is probably in 2 weeks).

How Long Did it Take to get used to your new diet?
For me, it took like a week to get used to the calorie limit. Now the calorie limit is easy, but I can't get myself under the sugar and sodium limits.

Any Athletes Just Trying to Get Better?
I'm a cross country and track runner trying to become a better runner by maintaining my weight, building muscle endurance and a little muscle strength. I'm also trying to get a six pack. Who else is an athlete on here? Add me!

Sooo much sodium!
What are some low sodium/sodium free snacks? I'm just below my daily limit of sodium. It's really hard to avoid sodium since the only meals I had for dinner were frozen meals. Additional info: I'm 15, trying to maintain my weight and I'm still growing.

Still Growing?
If I'm still growing, what should I eat over the given goal? Cause I keep going over in calcium and vitamin c by like 20-100%. And I keep going over in sugar by like 30g and sodium by like 800mg.

Calorie Goal?
I'm around 5' 2" to 5' 3". I weigh 101.6. I can see the sides of my ribs when I haven't eaten yet. I'm trying to be a better cross country runner and gain muscle so I do a lot of strength exercises as well as running at track, burning around 200-500 calories a day. I exercise 6 days a week. I'm unsure if I should aim to…

Need foods high in Vitamin A and Iron.
I always end up with a percent lower than 70 for iron and vitamin a. I'm not sure what iron's used for, but I know vitamin a is for your eyes and skin, which is probably why my vision sucks and my skin easily gets dry and flaky in the cold. Any suggestions for foods with Vitamin A and Iron? Also, my sodium is always like…
