Sooo much sodium!

What are some low sodium/sodium free snacks? I'm just below my daily limit of sodium. It's really hard to avoid sodium since the only meals I had for dinner were frozen meals.

Additional info: I'm 15, trying to maintain my weight and I'm still growing.

    fruit, veggies...
try celery or apples or bananas with peanut butter
    natural almonds
    protein shake
    sugar free pudding cup

All of those are very low-sodium

Fresh foods are very low in sodium. Pre-packaged and processed foods generally have way too much, even the natural/organic stuff.

Try fresh fruits and vegetables, unsalted nuts, I think you can find low fat/low sodium cheese sticks.

Try to avoid as many frozen meals as possible. I understand that they are convenient, but the great majority of them are packed with sodium in order to preserve the contents. Try going with a meal of fresh salad or bake/broil a bunch of chicken breasts over the weekend and use them throughout the week for salads, sandwiches, etc.

Let us know how your efforts turn out.
