I'm around 5' 2" to 5' 3". I weigh 101.6. I can see the sides of my ribs when I haven't eaten yet. I'm trying to be a better cross country runner and gain muscle so I do a lot of strength exercises as well as running at track, burning around 200-500 calories a day. I exercise 6 days a week. I'm unsure if I should aim to gain or lose weight to be a better long distance runner. My current goal is 1650 calories a day. Is that too little?
I'm 15. And today, before burning calories I consumed 1846 calories, burning 290 calories with exercise.

What does MFP calculate as your target calories per day BEFORE it adds back your burned calories? My guess would be that you are a bit low. But, I am not a nutrition expert or anything. I am aiming for a base of 1750 and that is trying to lose weight. My burned calories are added back to this. So, this seems like you might be a bit low.
Good Luck!!

I would eat more. Increase protein to help with building muscle. You are still growing and working out a lot so you need to fuel that.0
