I am just finishing week 2 and have not see the scale budge. However, I have measured and the inches are coming off. Clothes feel better too. It's really tough to push play everyday but it is helping that my clothes look better on me. Just keep pushing play and count calories. Best Wishes!

I take a 30 min core class that includes planks, side planks, leg lifts, crunches and a ton of other standing exercises. It is really helping my entire core from back, stomach, thighs and rear end. I'm 5'8" and my stats are SW - 164 CW-155 First goal is 145 Second goal is 140 Ultimate goal is 135 but I am ok if I stay anywhere between here and 140. I am going to really focus on body fat once I reach 145.

Tastes great! Great for breakfast (I like to add oatmeal and a banana to it) as it is low in calories, has some vitamins and a nice amount of protein. I am having this same issue. My calories are much higher than yours and I work out pretty hard for at least an hour a day. Thanks for posting this! I have dropped in lbs recently but no change in measurement around the waist. There has been some improvement in other areas though so something is better than nothing. Interesting how my clothes feel better and it looks better but still measuring the exact same. Strange!
