I usually stick to vegetarian rolls or salad rolls. Our local supermarket sells "skinny salad rolls" which are basically lettuce, carrots, and cucumbers wrapped in rice paper and they are delicious and they're like 170 calories for 8 pieces.

You can tell if he has an anti-reflective coating on his lenses by the way they reflect light. If you hold them up to light and the glare is bright white, then he doesn't have the coating. That's not strange at all! I do the same thing: whenever I feel like spending money, I'll buy a pair of jeans that are 1-2 sizes too small and I'll keep them out where I can look at them. In fact, I have to do that again because now I can fit into my old goal jeans. :) It's honestly a great motivator and you feel SO good…

I remember it very clearly: it was during my freshman year of college, and I sat down in the dining hall and looked at all of the utter JUNK on my tray—pizza, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, pink lemonade, and two cookies—and noticed that my size 11 pants were snug, and I knew I had to change.

I'm 5'9 and I started out at around 157ish, which is also within the healthy range, and I didn't really start noticing anything until I got into the 130s. I still have a long way to go, but I've noticed a few differences.

I'm going to second this. I just made a salad the other day with baby spinach, strawberries, apples, chopped walnuts, and cilantro with lemon juice and a dash of pepper as a dressing and it was really good! :)

I eat 1200 calories per day and I never really have a problem with feeling hungry or overeating. I think I just got used to it. In my experience, if you just stick with it, you'll start to feel really, really full after 1200 calories per day.

I'm 5'9 and right now I'm 133. My goal weight is around 120ish because with the way my body is I still have a LOT of flab that I need to get rid of.

Set small goals for yourself and reward yourself along the way. "I want my size x pants to be loose by the end of this month, and if that happens, I'll buy myself a new pair of pants two sizes too small as motivation." Try not to get discouraged if you don't quite meet your goals, and always keep your ultimate goal in mind.
