I've been thinking the same thing about my HRM. I only started using it about 2 weeks ago, but dang! The first time I used it on the treadmill, it said I burned 170 calories more than what the treadmill was reading. I don't know. I'm just going to keep using it.

I'm vegan, eat a healthy diet, take no supplements, and just had lab work done 2 weeks ago. Very healthy! However, my meat eating husband takes several supplements :)

Yeah, I can't give up my alcohol. Lol, I just love my Black Butte, and I know that I shouldn't, but I do. I just drink it on the weekends. I work my butt off at the gym. I'm vegan, and eat zero processed foods, so I figure it won't kill me if I keep the beer.

Use 3 lb weights for that move. Level 2 is my favorite. My then, your endurance level will have increased.

The sugar in my coffee, spices, vitamins (when I remember to take them), probiotics, black coffee, flax meal, anything under 20 calories I usually don't log. Maybe that's why I'm not losing...

Thank you! This has only been my routine since beginning of December. I definitely still feel challenged. That's why I just don't understand. Plus, I went from NEVER having worked out in my life, to working out most days of the week.
