the packet is 200g cooked chicken. its exact i agree on the over burn with cals but i walk 5 miles a day at work and run 3.5 tues and thurs on top. hill walk on a sat is 1 or 2 bens thats over 3000ft a peice

scanned packet, cals are exact. the scoops are the ones that come with the protien powder they are to weight

i log everything to the gram and use a hr monitor, ivr lost about 5 stone over the years so im not a beginner ( without sounding rude) ive never done this much training b4 in my life imho I weigh myself every morning if im at home cant help it..

id go with rusty on the more protien, I binge when im not eating enough. When you feel the need to binge drink 750ml of water sit for 5 mins and see if that helps.

You could snort or inject it I guess lol, I was eating 700-800g of beef a day so it works for me as its basically 90% protien. I dont fill the shaker right up just 300ml round about. Just neck it hah.

Yeah I just read you don't like it lol, well its cheap enough when you break it down. I drink 2x50 a day and practically down it. No its not the greatest tasting stuff around. I've seen people making berry smooties with it which probably makes it a lot better and something im going to do.

I always wore them but after doing the whw in my trail shoes I wont look back unless its that bad I need them. Im north of the border. I feel the rocks just the same in either footwear, plus you can manoeuvre easier in them.

I use asics trail running shoes, i used to use hiking boots for hill walking but its summer and the grip is honestly better. Unless im out in the proper wet/snow etc I wont use them again. Ive had them in a bog but because of the material they are dry in 20 mins anyway.

Im thinking that what its knocking off my daily total is an overestimate. It does need fine tuned if I knock it too low I will binge and game over. For example its had me in the exercise zone today for 8 hours. I rested all day after the week and only done half an hour of lifting today.
