Diary review
Hi, I there any experts who can give my diet a review. All food has been logged. Whisky and crap on a sat only usually and fitbit tracking runs, hill walks (sat balance the crap) and weights. Can you see the fitbit data? Im still not loosing & taking creatine. Ive took my bf measurement for first time today.

Exercise calories
Hi all, I use Fitbit HR and have worked out 7 out of 7 days this week. If I stay below 1500 cals which has me eating maint nearly minus exercise. It will work as well as just dieting right?

HR Monitor and sedentary setting on MFP a few questions.
Hi all, So I have started doing this the past 5 days, I run 3 miles twice a week, weights a few times and try do a ben on a Saturday. With on average 5 miles walking during work. I plan to rest every sunday and have a bottle of whisky on a sat night as a reward so I can sustain. Questions are. If i am under my 1500 goal…

What will you have sitting in a restaurant? how do you count the calories in it. I guess it but it's not very accurate... Can't turn round the the waitress/waiter and ask what each item of food weighs and how it's cooked! has crossed my mind though ha

Two week wall
Diet is under 1700 for two weeks solid 14.3 and not shifting, started cycling today maybe this will help. Has anyone else hit a wall?
