HR Monitor and sedentary setting on MFP a few questions.

Hi all,
So I have started doing this the past 5 days, I run 3 miles twice a week, weights a few times and try do a ben on a Saturday. With on average 5 miles walking during work.
I plan to rest every sunday and have a bottle of whisky on a sat night as a reward so I can sustain.
Questions are.
If i am under my 1500 goal total for the day will it come off as it should, bearing in mind cals are nearly 2500 on some days.
I am eating 30/40/30 ish and about 200-250g protien a day.
Will the weight lifting have any affect on building muscle even though I am on average less than 1500?
