  • Obviously needs tips after shedding 70 in 5 months lol
  • What was your calorie intake per day, I'm assuming you had 0 days off in that time. That's a ton in that time. Played.
  • Na it doesn't really bother me I'm going to gain max a few pounds of muscle in 5 months max. On a cut.
  • I get this jump after lifting, learned to ignore it. If you are in a defilict it is not fat and helping build muscle. Hopefully some noob gains. Which in turn will hopefully mean I reach how I want to look before reaching goal weight. Amount of fat needed to burn remains the same. Annoying in the head yes.

  • google 100g raw and 100g cooked im not your science teacher cooked obviously has higher calories per 100g cause it has less water adding weight
  • you mentioned wrong calories for chicken and steak - those are for raw meats. they weigh more pre cooked due to water, and therefore have less calories per 100g. Raw 100g and cooked 100g have different nutritional values.
  • Should have been fully saturated after week one so still expecting a loss after that week. I get ya though, ill drop the whisky out of a sat see if it makes a difference. It is hard to maintain without having one night off in the long term. Na ive lost in in chunks rather than in one go over a few years, just this time its…
  • thanks for your input its appreciated.
  • 3 weeks ago roughly
  • I have put my stride and running stride up by a few inches to take off some of the cals burned.
  • Very insightfull, can I add you as a freind and you can see my dairy? Im not to keen on it being public any more. Had not comsidered water wieght. If I have a curry I usually stick in 1200-1400 quick add or something.
  • To be fair when i do loose I dont drink, but I never done so much working out. I will have to cut it out again at least for a bit. Im closing the dairy unless anyone else wants look.
  • Ita still 1500 a day, weekly net. You should be able to drink on a sat if you workout 5 times a week lol. But yeah maybe
  • I will try ditch the whisky on a sat, my cals stay below net exept a sat usually. I dont know if you can see net cals? Maybe the whisky and takeaway one night a week is halting my loss.
  • I climbed 2 bens on saturday, thats over 6000ft and an 6 hour hike. Just to give u and idea - the calories burned come from my fitbit hr which tracks my distance, elevation and heart rate. My 3.5 mile runs are also accent and decent.
  • Its not overall, the weekend spikes could be an issue I agree. But the weekly total is still always round about the 1500 overall. My sat after a hill climb will be a takeaway curry and a bottle of whisky but i burn well over 2000 during the day to compensate.
  • im not - the end ive lost 64 pounds, I know how many calories im eating
  • look they come in the weight in the pack. 10% tolerance weight difference is not going to make a difference at 1000 cals a day overall deflict. they could be 10% under aswell... I dont weight the fruit no worst case scenario is that 1800 cals becomes 1980 cals. still a loss overall
  • are you trolling?
  • Thats why I asked for an expert. My logging is perfect its not the issue. I should be loosing. I lost weight when I didnt exercise and ate 1800 a day. If i stopped working out and ate 1800 guarantee it would fall off .
  • one scoop weighs 25g
  • 10 or 20g out on chicken raw or cooked is about 30 calories its not an issue
