As of Friday, I was able to fit into a brand (and size) of jeans that I couldn't fit into since COLLEGE. I am still on cloud 9 about it. They were my favorite brand and then I grew out of them and NONE of their sizes fit me. Now, I am back in the brand AND the size. I still have a LONG way to go. So it is the little things…

14!!! By the end of the year? I hope so!

I'm not going to read all of the nasty comments which I'm sure are there as they always are with Shakeology posts, I'll just help out as I can. I also don't pay for it so I don't need the lecture! :) I make vanilla Shakeology waffles on Sundays and bring them to work to last me for a week + for breakfasts. I know exactly…

I love this thread. I am not a seasoned runner by any means and am constantly wondering if I am the only one who inhales gnats. ALL THE TIME. I can't avoid those hovering clouds where I run. One less thing to be insecure about on my runs as now I know I'm NOT the only one!

Pardon the "cliche" but you may be what we call hangry. How long have you been tracking? Are you eating too little calories, or protein, etc? To be honest with you, I hate working out too. I don't get those endorphins that everyone insists exist. But, I LOVE results. And I LOVE being able to say I completed something and…

I'm just starting week 3. I've completed several of the Beachbody programs and so far I think I'll have the most success with this one. I have lost 7 pounds and likely a bunch of inches as my clothes are fitting better (I just haven't measured yet).

Seriously, what is happening on MFP? The friends I had for years are inactive. The friends that are my friends in real life are now inactive on MFP. And the recent friends I added with similar goals that I found in the threads have been MIA for the last 2 weeks. I feel like I am the only one left!

I am also in week 3. Modifying a few, especially in Total Body Circuit (that one is evil)! It is a great workout in the 25 minutes. There is no excuse not to get it done! :)

I'm close, 1480. Feel free to add me!

Where do you purchase your chicken chorizo? I hear about it but I NEVER see it.

I'm starting a T25/running hybrid today. Starting with Alpha. I did 3 weeks of it last year and was doing really well and noticing the difference in the way my clothes fit, but got burned out with it. Hoping that this hybrid this time around will prevent that from happening!

It is definitely personal preference and what works for you. I work out every evening after work. As much as I would LOVE to be a morning workout person, I just can't get up any earlier. But, I am a night owl. I find, even on the weekends, when I try to get a workout in in the a.m., I am not pushing as hard or my timing is…

Every member of my immediate family got the band (my sister, my mother and my father). My sister initially lost weight (not much though) but then gained it all back and then some. This was about 3 years ago and she still has it and she still gets it filled but hasn't lost any weight, and in my opinion, has gained quite a…

Where do you all get friends with plows?! I must not be meeting the right people. I wear my heart rate monitor to ensure I'm ACTUALLY working and not just imagining the strain. Went out 3 times on Sunday, burned close to 1500. That allowed for several extra drinks during the game. Darn right shoveling is a workout!

Peel them (or don't), cut into wedges, toss with a little olive oil, dry mustard powder, rosemary, garlic powder & salt. Bake at 400, 7 minutes, flip them, and 7 minutes on the other side. You have DELICIOUS sweet potato fries.

ME! I am at 107 minutes and 902 calories but we have been light on the snow this year. This is my first home and I am actually a little giddy about the extra calorie burn! I am sure I won't be saying that when we have A LOT of heavy wet snow, but for now I am enjoying it.

^ this is me EXACTLY! Age, birthdate and all the rest! Feel free to add me!

Hi all! I am 5'6, joined and started at 241 January 2013, got down to 199.8 by June 2013 and then let the winter take me out of my routine. Add in a couple failed attempts at a restart and some hard life events and I got back up to 234. Currently at 227. I would LOVE to be in Onederland again by my birthday (March 31st) so…

Last year when I lost 40 pounds (back before I gained it all back) I refused to cut out alcohol for the same reason, but only drank Captain Morgan Spiced Rum and Diet Cokes. Don't really like either of the 2 separately, but it got the job done and was easy on the calories.

Here is the lasagna recipe. Made it last week for the first time and it will DEFINITELY be added to the regular rotation. SO YUMMY! http://www.skinnytaste.com/2013/09/butternut-squash-and-spinach-lasagna.html

Les Mills Combat. That was my first program and it was amazing and inspired me to workout more. A fun way to switch it up, in my opinion.

Good job everyone! I was able to stay on track with everything yesterday. Just for today I will eat healthy leftovers from last night and NOT pick up something new and convenient (i.e. unhealthy) just because last night's dinner won't "taste as good the next day". Just for today I will pack up all of the leftover Halloween…

I ALMOST completed my goals yesterday. I did go for a run. I did pack my lunch for today, but I DID cave and ate a mini Butterfinger. Although, I did only eat ONE and that is a victory in itself. Just for today, I will actually eat the lunch that I brought and wont' give in to the delicious lobster bisque soup on sale next…

I'm so happy I found this thread!! I have been off the wagon for about 3 months now. And I am dying to get back on! Just for today, upon returning from work I will NOT convince myself that I am too tired to go for a run and can start again tomorrow. Just for today I will not have a SINGLE piece of leftover Halloween candy.…

Thank you for sharing this. Absolutely AMAZING! And congratulations on your success!

I am the same way. I love to run but I cannot be outside in the humidity for more than 5 minutes, much less run in it. Get an at home workout program. They keep you regimented and on schedule and you can do it while blasting the air conditioning (or a fan).

I am on my second week of T25. Didn't stick with it past week 2 the first go 'round (about 5 months ago), so I am determined to complete the whole thing this time! I am finding it hard to want to "push play" but once it is over I know that short 25 minutes was worth it.

Baby powder! Oh, and good or bad, your skin does get used to it...

Les Mills Combat is amazing. It was my first workout "routine" and it succeeded in keeping me on track and working me hard. I don't remember the exact numbers as I did it last year, but I'm pretty sure I lost about 20 lbs and TONS of inches. I have also done TurboFire, I personally loved it but grew up doing dance routines…
