Last summer before my wedding I mixed Les Mills Pump and Les Mills Combat and lost about 35 lbs and 2 (almost 3) sizes. I personally think it is great as an introduction to weight lifting (I had never done it before). I feel like I learned a lot and am no longer afraid of the weights. However, I will say that I did it at…

Not sure that the requests to join are working? I kept clicking "ok" and nothing happened. I'll hope for the best!

I have been in a "plateau" since April. Started 16:8 IF on Monday and lost 4 lbs as of my weigh in this morning. Not sure what it is, if it is temporary, a fluke, what, but I'll take it and I'm going to keep up with it for the foreseeable future!

Yes! This is SO me right now!

Hi all! My wedding is in August. Got engaged July of 2016. I am NOT going to hit my goal even though I pushed hard (other than during a 3 month period at the end of the year due where I was KO'd due to surgery). I have lost 35 lbs since the beginning of the year. Hope to push harder this month and maybe get to 40/45 by my…

T25, Insanity & Insanity Max 30, Cize is fun once in awhile, TurboFire. I did 21 day fix and had great results, I just wasn't an Autumn fan (the instructor)

Mine is 8 weeks from Sunday and I'm wondering where the hell the time went! I need 6 more months to get down to the weight I wanted to be! Feel free to add me.

http://www.skinnytaste.com/summer-pasta-salad-with-baby-greens/ I prepped it for the week on Monday evening and am on day 3 of eating it. I'm boring and eat the same thing all week!

I also forgot to add, it's great because I don't have to take my phone out of it's protective case before fitting it in like I have with other bands in the past.

I have an S7 Edge and have been using this one for about a year now. Works well, haven't had any problems with it! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AJC412Q/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Yes. That is the only place on my body I don't want change, and always the FIRST to go!

I workout. Push hard. Running outside is the best way for me but other types of cardio do it too. It is the only thing I have found properly clears my head, if only for the moment I am working out, though I tend to feel better afterwards too. If it isn't physical activity, for me, the thoughts override anything else I am…

I agree with everyone else ^. Work your way up to something so strenuous. Also, keep in mind that sometimes having a panic attack can feel like you are having a heart attack so your building anxiety may have just overflowed on top of your body straining from the hike. I'm glad that your blood work showed no signs of a…

Thank you all for your insightful, thoughtful comments! I will look into some of the suggestions. And I'm glad that I am not along (not that I'm happy that some of you fall, but you know what I mean) But I am going to guess it is the not realizing I'm not picking my feet up high enough when I get fatigued. I run on a trail…

Wow, the condescension is oozing out of this one. I aspire to one day reach your level of perfection. I do pay attention to my surroundings, don't run with headphones in both ears, pay attention to where I am running, and run with a "protection tool" in case I come across people intent on mischief. I am well aware of my…

Oh no, I hope I didn't jinx you!! Glad you're ok!

I had never heard that before. Surprisingly, it makes me feel a little better!
-
That's great advice, thank you. Maybe I am getting fatigued and don't realize it's affecting how I pick up my feet.

It's funny how you had no idea I work for lawyers and this is the first thing they told me.
-
Thank you for the insight! I appreciate it.

I was out for 2 weeks after my wrist surgery, luckily I had been at my job for 10 years and this was my first medical incident!

Nope. Not very. Nope. 20/20 Aaaaaaaaand nope.

Dry shampoo and baby wipes are your best friends. Dry shampoo especially. Keep up the great work!

Nice work! Amazing transformation!

The original PB2 is the best. I use it everyday in my smoothie/shake. And Groupon sells it in a pack of 6 that lasts me forever and I don't have to worry about running out.

I started running at 240 and I'm also 5'6. You totally got this! Don't be discouraged by the jigglyness. I also recommend high waist compression pants/shorts/capris. It totally takes away the awkward sort of "pain" feeling from the bouncing. Although, you also just get used to it lol. And I promise that you can feel it…

I had the same issue yesterday and this morning. I disconnected my Fitbit from the MFP site and reconnected and it is syncing now.

I just reread your post and realized that you said you are 6 inches off. Thats about 60 pounds. So, stop putting so much pressure on yourself because it isn't possible to lose 60 lbs in 3 months unless you are amputating body parts. Talk to a seamstress, get a Plan B just in case, and hope for the best. Work hard, but…
