I'd try a bike or just walking to start. Until you get some of the weight off, it is going to hurt, especially your joints. Start with something easier, then come back to Couch to 5K in a month. See how it feels then.

In. Could use some motivation for sure. Not setting a total goal, just trying to get some walking in everyday, even if it's only 10 or 20 mins.

I have the Mirena and have never had kids. Being overweight, over 35, and a smoker were the main reason. My TOM used to give me severe cramps to the point that I'd miss a day of work every month. Now I rarely have a TOM and when I do, it's very light spotting and almost no cramps. Good luck!

Me too! Also, turkey (ground, patties, bacon, chops) and chicken. At least those aren't bad just feel like I'm gonna start clucking or making gobble sounds one day soon.

Eggs. Scrambled with cheese (sometimes add peppers and onions), boiled, or over easy. Always have Butterball turkey bacon (lower in calories and fat than Oscar Mayer). I cook the bacon in the microwave so it gets crispy. If I don't eat protein in the morning, I'm hungry 2 hours later.

I'm doing this right now. She is tough but very encouraging. There is a group on here dedicated to Revolution. You should join up. I'm on my 4th week and lost an inch off my waist so far. I did not follow the diet though.

Don't think I'm quite ready for this but will keep an eye out for challenges later down the road. Maybe by June I'll be able to do this. Sounds like fun and a good way to keep people motivated. I'll check the progress of this one as it goes along. Good luck to all of you!
