  • hello i too was in ww once. 50 cALORIES = 1 POINT . hERE tells me to eat 1500 calories but ww tells me to eat 26 points which would equal 1300 calories. So i try to eat in between hope this will help.
  • I like this! turkey meat is really not that bad. I have a really big family and a 12 year who would notice and say something. But last week i mixed trukey and beef together, she did not notice. lol

  • remember veggies are no calories peppers onions salad make ur self a huge salad. i dont know if ur a veggie person but i would learn to love them. Maybe start lunch with a veggie soup.   • Just remeber u are doing this for her. She looks up to u and u need to show her that u can do it and she can do it. The older she gets the hard it will be for her. Congrats so far and keep it up.
